Purpose Statement    

To strengthen the church¹ in Ukraine and the Russian-speaking world for her ministry of biblical soul-care² by developing practical ministry resources,³ by assisting teaching teams,⁴ and through intensive training of pastors and church leaders in the practice of counselling.⁵
